Delivery
Thelittlefavourboxcompany.com aims to dispatch all orders within 10 working days, however during peak seasons this may take longer. We cannot accept any orders that require dispatch in less than 5 working days.

Orders are despatched either by overnight Courier or by first class recorded mail. The couriers require a signature and operate between 9am and 4pm on weekdays only. The Customer must specify an address where someone will be able to sign for the Products between these hours. Should the customer be unavailable at the time of delivery, a delivery notice card will be left at the address. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier within three (3) days to rearrange delivery. If the re-delivery is not arranged, within this time the order will be sent back to the Supplier after three (3) days if the overnight courier was used or after seven (7) days if Royal Mail were used with the order. There will be a return charge of £15.00 (inc VAT) and a re-delivery charge of the same amount as initially charged for the delivery of the order if the order is returned to the Supplier. For Royal Mail 1st Class recorded mail returns, only the re-delivery charge of the same amount as initially charged with the order will apply.

Shipping/Postage fees will be shown and charged online at the time of the order. This applies to UK Mainland delivery addresses only. All other delivery destinations including Northern Ireland must be quoted before dispatch

The delivery date is approximate only and the Thelittlefavourboxcompany.com shall not be held liable for any delay in the delivery howsoever caused. Thelittlefavourboxcompany.com reserves the right to deliver the Goods in advance of the delivery date.
